Must have

• 8+ years of experience
• Hands on experience in Java back-end development and skills with Spring-boot framework
• Able to write clean, reusable, well-documented code
• Professional experience with Spring Batch framework
• Professional experience with Continuous Delivery principles and related tools (Kubernetes, GitOps)
• Experience with relation database, preferably PostgreSQL
• Knowledge with Application Servers like JBoss / Websphere.
• Experience with & good understanding of streaming technologies (Kafka)
• Experience with ORM (Hibernate)
• Experience in Cloud providers (Cloud components API Gateway/Workflow orchestration/Serverless applications)
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines , Maven and solid understanding of version control using GIT
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team
• Hands on experience in Rest API design and implementation contract-first
• Hands on experience in Java Design Patterns, C4 and modular application design
• Experience with designing and building event driven, multi-threaded, high data volume processing applications.
• Keep current with technology to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions

Nice to have

• Knowledge in Domain driven design
• Experience with cloud native SQL databases such as CosmosDB
• Experience with stream processing applications and frameworks such as Flink
