What is the opportunity?
As part of a collaborative cross-functional squad delivering value to our customers, you will be responsible for leading customer engagements from a technology and integration perspective. You will develop, review, test and integrate software code. You will also resolve code defects identified and aligned to internal and customer service requests.

What will you do?
• Work with senior team members to learn, review and assess product capabilities
• Understand standard out of the box interface specifications where applicable
• Understand requirements for the software features and enhancements to be developed
• Create, review and present technical solution documents
• Create and review technical specification documents
• Create and review design documents
• Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for application development and testing
• Code development with minimal guidance
• Conduct code reviews
• Create unit test scenarios and unit test cases to map coverage of the application functionality to documented use cases
• Conduct application performance tuning
• Root cause analysis
• Create root cause analysis documentation
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal team members to deliver business value as a part of daily 100% work management
• Lead triage sessions with customers and partners
• Train and guide junior members of the team to obtain necessary product and project knowledge
• Support team in developing product and customer knowledge base
• Learn and adopt new technologies as required by the organization
What do I need to succeed?
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent study/experience
• An industry accepted certification in Java technologies (a goal to work towards)
• A basic knowledge of cloud concepts is desirable (a goal to work towards )
• Multiple years of experience working with customers and partners
• Agile, Scrum experience
• Familiarity/experience with process methodologies used in software industry
• Expertise in Java technologies
• Expertise in multi-threaded server-side programming
• Experience programming in user interface technologies
• Knowledge and working experience to use relational databases
• Expertise in application performance tuning
• Expertise with J2EE application servers
• Familiarity with automation of repeatable processes is desirable
