- Offers a transactional, consumption-based pricing option to increase cost savings for clients
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop a strategic sales plan and target mid-market accounts, leveraging sales intelligence tools as needed
- Build and execute a quarterly sales plan outlining your vision for success, priorities, and business needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on both new business and expansion within existing accounts
- Conduct 10 new client meetings per week, aiming for a minimum of 4 signed contracts per month
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, staying informed about technical and industry trends
- Communicate openly and widely with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Manage, follow-up, and qualify all leads while keeping the CRM updated with accurate, relevant, and current information Proactively approach the market through active leadership in industry and community organizations
- Bring industry-specific and technology solution expertise to the sales process
- Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional business and long-term partnerships
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the mid-market automation industry (this is a hard requirement)
- A clear understanding of the mid-market segment and its unique challenges and opportunities
- A proven track record as a top performer in mid-market sales
- An exceptional level of drive and passion for growth
- Comfort discussing complicated concepts with senior leadership (C-levels) and mid-level management
- Ability to grasp clients’ business and technical challenges and fit solutions around those needs Impeccable communication skills, both written and spoken, especially with presentations and videos
- A no-nonsense personality with a desire to pave a new lane in the world of automation
