- Develop and execute a channel strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners in the automation space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology providers, system integrators, and resellers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create joint go-to-market plans, sales enablement materials, and co-marketing initiatives with partners
- Drive revenue growth through the channel by setting and achieving targets for partner-generated sales
- Ensure partners are well-trained and equipped to effectively sell and support Wrk.com’s solutions
- Monitor and analyze the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and initiatives
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build and strengthen relationships with potential partners
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in the automation or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of the automation landscape, including RPA, iPaaS, and Generative-AI technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with partners at all levels
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
