- Qualify inbound leads through research and initial outreach, ensuring they meet our ideal customer profile
- Proactively prospect potential clients through various channels including email, phone, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent opportunities for the sales team
- Set meetings for sales executives by effectively communicating the value proposition of Wrk.com’s solutions
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, and tailor your approach accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all interactions and progress
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on the quality and performance of leads to help refine targeting and messaging
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Wrk.com’s offerings
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targets
- Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and qualify complex opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and think on your feet
