Willful is a digital platform that makes estate planning easy, affordable, and accessible for Canadians. Since 2017, more than 400,000 people have trusted us in creating their legal estate documents.

Partnerships are a meaningful growth channel at Willful. They help us reach new audiences, work with trusted brands, and drive partner sourced revenue.

This role is best suited to someone who has operated in an agency, startup or high-growth environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and prefers building and fixing over managing at a distance.

  • Build and maintain clear processes based on direction from your manager
  • Keep partnership files, documentation, and data organized and structured

  • Act as the main point of contact for specific partners

Own reporting and performance

  • Maintain and improve reporting across all partnerships
  • Track partner sourced revenue and transaction volume
  • Share clear updates on what’s working and what’s not

What success looks like

  • You’re confident with data and analytics, have hands-on experience pulling reports, interpreting performance data, and using insights to drive strategy.
  • You’re good at improving processes and fixing structures
  • You have experience operating in an agency environment, startup or high-growth companies and are comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited resources.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience working with regulated or trust-based consumer industries (financial, legal, health).
  • SQL experience or working with Metabase

Location

We’re looking for the right person to join our team so this role isn’t limited by geography and will be 100% remote. The only requirement is that you must be legally able to work in Canada. You’ll attend in-person company retreats and strategic planning sessions a few times a year.
