About the Role:
As Weever’s Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our paid advertising strategy and growth marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building scalable campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & Growth, partner with sales, and lead execution across HubSpot, our website, email, webinars, and events. From idea to launch, you’ll create copy, direct creative, and manage campaigns—rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.
What you will do
- Plan and execute campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEO, email, and paid social media to drive engagement, interest, and demand
- Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, emails, automations, and lead scoring
- Partner with paid media agencies on search and social campaigns
- Plan and maintain the demand generation calendar
- Analyze the marketing funnel, identify areas of improvement
- Write ads, landing pages, and email copy for campaigns and to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with designers/agencies to create and optimize creative assets
- Support webinars, trade shows, and events with clear and effective demand-gen motions
- Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and chat flows
- Ensure the marketing-to-sales handoff process is smooth and efficient
- Build dashboards to monitor and track funnel and campaign performance, identify experiments, and optimize strategies
- Run structured experiments on ads, landing pages, and email
- Brief and QA agencies/freelancers for campaign alignment

Experience and skills:
- 4 to 8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation or growth roles
- College or university education
- Proven track record of building campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.
- Experience collaborating with senior Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders.
- Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Experience conducting experiments and tests
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other MAPs like Marketo or Pardot
- Experience in planning and executing webinars and/or trade show or conference campaigns, including pre- and post-event activities
- Comfort with building and editing landing pages using no-code tools or existing templates
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and emails, especially targeting technical or operational audiences
- Experience working directly with agencies and freelancers, including briefing, reviewing, and integrating their work into campaigns
