In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Help with the NETFILE and/or NetFile Québec certification processes.
- Analyze annual tax changes and implement them into our Tax product.
- Use tax knowledge in providing guidance to the broader team when developing new features.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
- Learn new things, and look for opportunities to make things better.
Were looking for someone who:
- Has experience working on and leading teams to successfully achieve CRA and Revenu Québec certification.
- Brings a deep understanding of federal personal taxation.
- Has experience preparing personal tax returns in a professional context.
- Is a spreadsheet whiz and excited about learning a little JavaScript.
- Has the ability to take a complex tax issue and make it simple for people to understand.
- Is a clear and concise writer.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Takes pride in their work and has a strong sense of ownership.
