In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support the Onboarding team; Make scheduled calls/Incoming calls to new clients looking assistance or clients onboarding to new products looking for assistance, end to end onboarding experience , client onboarding - all products, platform education/training , manage a rotating roster of clients.
- Facilitate Experiments: we will run multiple experiments to assess the viability of certain approaches, processes, or tactics to grow our client base and AUM.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by meeting each client where they are.
- Build strong relationships with our clients and internal stakeholders and get things done.
- Treat your work with urgency.
- Share Feedback: You will help identify trends with the Onboarding team and wider CXO pillars to identify opportunities for the business, and support product improvements.

Requirements:
- Have a proven track record of success (can be backed up with measurable results)
- Minimum 2 years client facing work experience
- Having in depth knowledge of processes at Wealthsimple is highly desirable
