Inbound Sales Associate, Mortgage (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own the "First Impression": Act as the first point of contact for inbound mortgage leads, answering initial questions about the process and making clients feel supported immediately.
- Prioritize & Triage: Work with a high volume of inbound applications to determine timeline and needs, supporting our brokers to accurately manage their time.
- Data Integrity & Prep: Review applications for missing details, reaching out to clients to gather necessary information and ensuring the file is "broker-ready" before handoff.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a dynamic pipeline of leads, using our CRM and scheduling tools to book appointments for the brokerage team.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize AI and sales engagement tools to increase outreach efficiency, driving workflows that allow us to help more clients faster.

- Proactive Action Oriented: You act without being told what to do. If you see a backlog of applications, you jump in to clear it. You seek help when needed but generally find the path of least resistance to execution.
- Persistent & Dedicated: You are comfortable managing a high volume of outreach because you know every file represents a person looking for help. You understand that people are busy, so you don’t take silence personally; instead, you have a consistent system for following up to ensure no client falls through the cracks.
- Organization Guru: You can manage hundreds of leads without letting anyone fall through the cracks. You live by your calendar and keep the CRM spotless.
- Experience with AI Tooling: You have experience with (or a strong desire to learn) AI tooling to speed up your drafting, note-taking, and organization.
- Honesty/Integrity: Doesn't cut corners; does what is right, not what is politically expedient. You understand that trust is our most valuable asset.
- Relevant experience: 1+ years in a sales development, customer support, or high-volume administrative role. Interest in the Canadian mortgage or real estate market is a strong plus.
