Product Marketing Manager, Wealthsimple for Business

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support larger Go-To-Market initiatives: ensuring that any launch or campaign runs smoothly by managing the executional details with multiple stakeholders (i.e. creative & channel partners).
- Act as an AI-native marketer through the use of tools and platforms that automate key workflows and speed up time to quality delivery.
- Lead smaller growth initiatives: form the launch strategy for your own campaigns, shape positioning and go-to-market plans, lead execution across all teams and touchpoints.
- Drive client insights: develop and execute client research initiatives, and dive into our internal data to find patterns and growth opportunities, and then champion those learnings across relevant teams to drive action.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the market: perform regular market and competitors scans to learn more about the ecosystem we operate in
- Stay on top of emerging trends: follow discussion topics in total rewards and small business finance, proactively identifying new opportunities and thought leadership content.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high growth technology company
- Experience targeting Human Resources, Total Rewards, and/or business owners with a financial product or service
- Using customer and data insights guide your decisions and strategy
- Explicit examples using AI to boost productivity and work outcomes
- Experience managing interdepartmental relationships, ensuring that all stakeholders are working with the right information, that their questions are answered quickly, and that everyone is jointly delivering on plans on time and in a coordinated fashion
- Demonstrated track record of developing go-to-market plans, helping to shape positioning, and working to bring that positioning from theoretical (in a doc) to practical (on a surface)
- Experience analyzing campaign results to assess impact and incrementality, as well as make recommendations as to how these results should shape future actions
- Detail orientation ensuring that all marketing materials produced (by yourself and by others) are accurate and aligned with the overall positioning of the product or feature (no typos!)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action and absolute ownership
- Drive to seek out growth opportunities for the business, for your discipline, and for yourself
- An optimistic and growth mindset, defaulting to finding a positive outcome or solving a problem
- French-language experience is a nice bonus
