In this role you will have an opportunity to:
- Orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences for new plan sponsors, establishing strong foundations for long-term partnerships.
- Expertly manage HRIS/payroll integration processes, ensuring accurate data flow and system compatibility.
- Drive industry-leading employee plan adoption rates through strategic communication campaigns and engaging educational initiatives.
- Lead complex plan transfers from legacy providers with precision and care, coordinating cross-functional teams while providing clients with transparent milestone updates.
- Empower plan administrators through comprehensive platform training, equipping them with the knowledge to maximize their Wealthsimple tools.
- Support clients with plan governance — ensuring that plan documentation, processes, and communications align with legislative requirements and best practices.
- Provide insights and reporting on plan health, participation, and key success metrics.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive service, anticipating needs and delivering personalized support.
- Resolve technical issues with urgency and ownership, transforming challenges into opportunities to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
- Think strategically and put our Clients at the center of your work, making sure they are well taken care of, informed, and satisfied with the platform and related services.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal initiatives that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring:

- Ability to adjust communications and support to different audiences and their needs
- Superior time management, task prioritization, organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual – fluent in both writing and speaking in French.
- Experience in Group Savings & Retirement / Pension industry.
