Recruiter - High-Volume Hiring (1 Year Contract)

In this role you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-volume hiring cohorts
- Maintain pipelines with hundreds of active candidates across various stages
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand evolving needs and adjust strategies in real-time
- Track and report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our current recruitment workflows
- Design and implement scalable solutions that improve speed while maintaining a top candidate experience
- Test new channels, screening methods, and automation that makes each hiring sprint smoother than the last
- Keep hiring managers, operations teams, and leadership informed on hiring progress
- Pivot quickly when business priorities shift, adjusting targets and timelines accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to onboarding
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring (100-150+ hires/year)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong project management skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- A knack for solving complex problems while collaborating with business leaders to achieve common hiring goals
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
