Associate, CXO Systems Design & Optimization

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support cross-functional projects by implementing changes to our tools under guidance from senior team members.
- Configure solutions within our customer experience platforms like Zendesk, Five9, and JIRA according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot basic client and agent issues, escalating complex problems appropriately.
- Monitor system health metrics and reporting anomalies to the team.
- Learn our technology stack thoroughly and staying current on system updates and new features.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions to build our knowledge base.
- Execute routine system maintenance tasks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
