Lead, HR Project Manager

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Impact company-wide goals by directly managing end-to-end projects furthering the development of the People Operations team
- Create and own schedules / timeline for projects to ensure key milestones are met
- Facilitate day to day workflows, contribute to evolving our project workspaces, processes, and documentation practices ensuring proper intake, prioritization and allocation work across the People Operations team
- Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing; actively forecast and report on capacity and work with team leads to address and resolve resourcing issues
- Facilitate meetings such as kick offs, daily/weekly stand ups, iterations planning, requirement reviews and retrospectives
- Manage cross-discipline stakeholders and ensure stakeholder involvement by encouraging interaction and defining and delegating tasks
- Continually evaluate, propose, test, and ship systems for delivering on the People Operation teams objectives at scale
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and act as the primary point of contact to other teams and project stakeholders
- Support and manage our including researching external partners and tooling, negotiating contracts, building briefs, handling invoices and overall budget reconciliation
- Develop change management resources for systems and tooling changes to drive user adoption and increased efficiency through tooling
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in-house at a fast-scaling company.
- Can effectively communicate prioritization, project goals, constraints, deliverables, and schedules within a cross-functional team with flawless timelines, status docs, trackers, and meeting notes
- Proven ability to structure ambiguity into clear project plans and deliverables.
- Has experience using and facilitating training/adoption to project management software such as Jira and Asana
- Is highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Has the ability to prioritize and manage work for self and others, adhering to multiple project timelines simultaneously
- Seeks out tasks that will improve our team and our output
- Is self-directed, brings ideas to the table, and takes ownership of their projects
- Is detail-oriented and thorough, often catching things that others miss
- Has a positive, optimistic attitude, even when the team is facing a challenge
