Manager, Wealth Management Service

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage and develop a team of licensed financial advisors, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
- Implement and monitor the client service journey to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional experiences
- Lead performance evaluation using balanced scorecards focused on client experience rather than sales targets
- Proactively enhance service delivery processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
- Leverage technology to scale operations and improve efficiency while maintaining service quality
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop tools that support advisors and enhance client experiences
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions
- Contribute strategic insights to help grow and scale our wealth management offering
What you'll bring:
- CFP or IQFP designation required (CPA is a valuable asset)
- CIM or CFA designation required
- 7+ years of experience in wealth management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing client service teams
- Strong understanding of financial planning and investment management principles
- Experience implementing and optimizing client service processes
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to coach and develop talent
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Client-first mentality with passion for redefining wealth management service delivery
- Technology-minded with experience leveraging digital tools to enhance operations
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
