Staff Product Designer, Client Experience Operations

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Own and lead CXO design, contributing to conversations and direction of the product roadmap and strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and product management to find refined but practical solutions to design challenges.
- Lead design for internal and client-facing AI-powered tools that empower our customer experience agents and improve client interactions.
- Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas.
- Listen to users to develop the right product strategy and find solutions that delight our customers.
- Leverage data to inform your design solutions.
- Understand the strategic direction and vision for your working areas and ensure all UX efforts are aligned with that direction.
- Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in customer experience tooling and AI-powered solutions.
- Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into our product design.

- Passion and knowledge of AI tools and AI workflows
- Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering to ship high-quality experiences quickly and at scale.
- Can effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward.
