Join our growing team and collaborate with leaders across Product, Operations, Engineering, Trading, Data Science, Risk, Compliance and Client Success to build and expand our innovative trading products: delivering best-in-class futures trading and prediction markets experiences for our clients.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Manager, Futures to help us build and scale our futures and prediction markets products. In this role, you’ll blend deep subject-matter expertise with hands-on operational leadership — shaping features, managing risk, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. You’ll work closely with partners across the business to design resilient systems, keep our operations safe and efficient, and deliver products that clients can trust.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Act as a subject-matter expert on futures clearing and prediction markets, shaping product features, daily operations, and risk practices.
- Build and improve systems, processes, controls, and tools to support the full product lifecycle — from launch through day-to-day execution.
- Oversee financial and collateral requirements, with a focus on optimizing capital efficiency.
- Lead daily operations like confirmations, settlement, expiry, delivery, and reconciliations, while supporting smooth rollout of new features.
- Partner on risk management by monitoring client activity, concentration limits, and firm exposure, and by strengthening controls to protect clients and the company.
- Contribute to policies, regulatory compliance, incident management, and client-facing materials that keep our operations safe, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.
What you'll bring:
- Deep experience in futures clearing and settlement operations, ideally with major exchanges like CME or ICE.
- Strong knowledge of futures regulations (CFTC required), with proven experience in prediction markets (e.g., Kalshi) or crypto perpetuals (e.g., Coinbase).
- Hands-on expertise running day-to-day clearing and settlement, with a solid understanding of derivatives mechanics, margin, and operational requirements.
- A track record of working with engineering teams to design automation and build resilient operational systems.
- Familiarity with prediction market platforms (like Kalshi or Polymarket) and their settlement and lifecycle processes.
- Recognized derivatives certifications (e.g., FINRA Series 3, DFOL, FLC, CCSE, DFC).
