- Lead and scale a new BDR team focused on driving growth through outreach to new and existing clients for Corporate accounts
- Coach and develop 4 BDRs and foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Own your revenue targets, metrics and performance, optimizing for sales funnel conversion, and pipeline management
- Leverage data to uncover insights that drive team optimization
- Partner closely with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations and other sales leaders to share best practices and drive productivity, funnel conversion to scale the business
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Client-focused - Always put the client first
- People Management - 5 years+ of experience leading and growing a sales team
- Analytical - proactively uncovering insights through data to drive recommendations
- Adaptability - priorities and direction can evolve quickly. You should have a positive can-do attitude and be adaptable to evolving business goals
- Strong communication - with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and lead with context
- Self-starter - when you see a need, you address it. This is a brand new team, and being creative and having an entrepreneurial mindset is a must
- Bonus: Fluency with financial and investing concepts and experience in a Series A-C startup
