What you'll be responsible for:
- Understand and leverage financial transaction and customer data schemas to drive improvements in Client Experience Operations (CXO).
- Own the reporting and analysis for the CXO team. Develop key performance metrics, generate insights, and pinpoint drivers of customer feedback.
- Build and continuously enhance user-friendly, visually appealing dashboards. Engage with stakeholders for regular feedback and updates.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation around analytics processes. Advise end users where to find relevant information.
- Develop and maintain intermediate-level SQL queries for data analysis. Ensure query efficiency and accuracy, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed.
Our ideal fit has:
- Data Analytics Experience - 1 year experience in Data Analytics or Business Insights. Experience working with Customer Support and/or Sales organizations is an asset.
- Data & analytics: Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations. Intermediate proficiency with SQL and the ability to develop user friendly visualizations.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Action orientation: A clear bias for action and ability to act without being told what to do, takes full ownership over work and seeks help and input when needed.
- Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products.
- System Experience - Any Experience with business intelligence tools and exposure to programming languages and data analytics frameworks (Python, pandas, numpy) is an asset.
