We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized and communicative individual to join WEBTOON Consumer Goods division in a six-month contract position as Traffic Assistant, IP Strategy Reporting to the Manager, IP Strategy. This role will provide operational support for our freelance design projects and partnership deliverables. This is a dynamic role with opportunity to become full-time in 2026.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure all digital creative assets are delivered to our pool of freelancers in a timely manner so they can meet deadlines
- Collaborate as needed with WEBTOON editors to select compelling imagery, fan favorite moments, or key plot lines for use in providing creative direction
- Monitor the freelancer pipeline and schedule, following up regularly on due dates and notifying Manager, IP Strategy to any delays in the schedule that could impact final deliverables
- Working closely with Manager, IP Strategy, to collect creative feedback in a clear manner and deliver to freelancer pool.
- Ensure all approvals are secured / initialled on creative projects.
- Upload final deliverables to partners via their various delivery tools
- As needed, provide support to Associate Director, Trade & Consumer strategy on asset delivery and sales material builds
- Process freelancer invoices
Requirements:
- You have a strong interest in or experience with production and operations
- You have a keen organizational mind that enjoys putting order around projects
- You have used a project management system in the past and experience with Adobe Suite is preferred.
- You are a natural problem solver and not afraid to push for follow up on deadlines
- You are proactive and eager to share your knowledge and ideas
- You have a sense of urgency in completing projects on time
