The IP Marketing Team aims to generate unparalleled demand for stories by our leading creators, by leveraging the Wattpad community's power and data to cultivate and expand audiences and fandoms. We attract large audiences to our hookiest stories to create new models of success on Wattpad. Then, we engage and mobilize them to champion our creators as their stories get adapted into published books, films, TV series, or other engaging formats.

We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and innovative Senior Manager, IP Marketing to further scale Wattpad's IP Marketing practice and create big hits. This high-impact role is crucial for fulfilling the company's mission of becoming the global hub for storytellers and readers, and it plays a key part in realizing Wattpad's ambitious IP leadership vision. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, you will be responsible for all story marketing initiatives—from strategy to execution—aimed at growing awareness, audience engagement, and revenue for our leading IP.
