What You'll Be Expected To Own:
- End-to-End Feature Development: Lead feature development from architecture to deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical quality.
- Service Ownership: Implement systems to monitor application performance, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce clean code practices, maintain standards, and conduct regular code reviews.
- Infrastructure Management: Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate deployment pipelines to support stable releases.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Drive team efficiency by adopting new tools, sharing insights, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
What You Bring To The Table:
- 5+ years of full-stack development with JavaScript frameworks (React) and server-side technologies (C#, .NET preferred).
- 2–3 years of professional experience developing modern web applications using React.js, with strong understanding of hooks, and state management via Redux or Context API. Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core, with a focus on designing and developing RESTful APIs. Skilled in working with SQL Server or other relational databases, using Entity Framework or Dapper for data access.
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library, with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Comfortable with Git version control, and working in environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity.
- Knowledge of advanced cloud management practices or certifications in AWS or GCP.
