Team Lead, Dataset
- Own and Manage Account Delivery: Take full end-to-end ownership of an established hyperscale customer account, serving as the single accountable delivery owner for the engagement. Manage program parameters, customer requirements, timelines, and team execution with precision to ensure a high-trust engagement and seamless account continuity.
- Lead and Develop the Delivery Team: Directly manage and support the delivery team responsible for the account. Provide clear direction, regular performance feedback, and development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive Delivery Excellence and Mitigate Risk: Take full ownership of day-to-day account execution with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Maintain delivery trackers, implement risk mitigation strategies, and resolve delivery risks before they impact the customer relationship to ensure consistent, on-time delivery.
- Optimise and Standardise Delivery Processes: Identify opportunities to optimise existing delivery processes within the account, refining SOPs and team workflows based on operational learnings. Contribute to the broader Delivery & Operations knowledge base by documenting best practices.
- Experience in a delivery, program management, or team leadership role, with a demonstrated ability to manage both people and complex engagements.
- Experience in the AI data services industry with direct exposure to hyperscale customers and annotation or dataset delivery is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of full-lifecycle project management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Experience with Google Workspace, enterprise project management tools, and CRM platforms.
- Strong competencies in customer focus, team leadership, and operational excellence.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Poland: zł150,000 – zł235,000 per annum
- Spain: €38,000 – €60,000 per annumA typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
- United Kingdom: Competitive salary commensurate with location & experience.
