Description
Technical Support Specialist
- Providing internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
- Administering and managing Voices’ Google Workspace, MDM, Zero-Trust and office network systems.
- Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks, related to hardware and software.
- Manage the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.
- A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role
- Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS
- Required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days/week
- Requires occasional after hours work to resolve urgent requests or to perform network maintenance

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires three in-office days per week to support the office network, and to handle hardware delivered to the office. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
