Account Manager
- Prospecting potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers and prospects. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
- Involvement in negotiating Statement of Work (SOW) with clients and facilitating project requests in a purpose-driven environment.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
- Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
- Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
- Build customized proposals, pricing, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients’ needs.
- Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Previous on-the-job experience in an individual contributor in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions, and readily apply new knowledge required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Salesforce CRM experience is considered an asset.
