About the Role
The Field & Customer Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of high-impact events and marketing programs that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and pipeline generation.
Our customers and talent are our competitive advantage. Events and proof points build the trust and advocacy that differentiate us. Your job is making sure the execution details don't break that trust—because a late invoice, missing swag, or disorganized timeline signals we don't actually value these relationships.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Field Marketing and Events, this role is a great entry point for someone eager to build hands-on experience across virtual and in-person events, cross-functional collaboration, and customer marketing. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, coordinating everything from logistics and content to follow-up campaigns — all while contributing to meaningful moments for our prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support in the following key areas:
Field Marketing & Event Program Support
  • Support the planning and execution of Voices events including webinars, virtual summits, executive dinners, customer experiences and industry conferences
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, swag, shipping, run-of-show documents, and registration
  • Help manage event guest lists, RSVPs, and event communications to attendees, pre and post event
  • Assist in promotional campaigns across email, social, and paid channels working closely with the demand generation team to drive event registrations
  • Assist in requesting necessary design assets for events, working closely with the creative team
  • Work with content writers to support with what’s needed for events
  • Assist in ensuring event and customer marketing copy is updated and relevant - event and campaign dependent
Customer Marketing Support
  • Support the development and launch of Voices' first Customer Advisory Board (CAB), including outreach, coordination, and ongoing engagement
  • Consolidate enterprise proof stories from customers including case studies, testimonials/quotes, and speaking opportunities
Project Coordination
  • Support in maintaining event timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships
  • Keep internal docs organized - briefs, decks, checklists, inventories, and retrospective reports
  • Track swag, signage, and event materials so we’re always prepared for what’s next
Research & Insights
  • Stay current on event trends and competitor activity to inform planning Assist in gathering and analyzing event performance metrics to guide future planning
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a related field
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn event and marketing platforms (experience with Goldcast, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously (experience with Salesforce, Asana, or Goldcast is also a plus)
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Clear and professional written communication skills, with experience writing or editing marketing copy is considered an asset
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like sales and customer operations
  • A creative and curious mindset — you’re excited about events, brand storytelling, and the voice industry
  • Ability to remain calm and adaptable when things change quickly, especially during live events

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, you may be asked to come into the office as needed with reasonable notice.
Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
