Field & Customer Marketing Coordinator
- Support the planning and execution of Voices events including webinars, virtual summits, executive dinners, customer experiences and industry conferences
- Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, swag, shipping, run-of-show documents, and registration
- Help manage event guest lists, RSVPs, and event communications to attendees, pre and post event
- Assist in promotional campaigns across email, social, and paid channels working closely with the demand generation team to drive event registrations
- Assist in requesting necessary design assets for events, working closely with the creative team
- Work with content writers to support with what’s needed for events
- Assist in ensuring event and customer marketing copy is updated and relevant - event and campaign dependent
- Support the development and launch of Voices' first Customer Advisory Board (CAB), including outreach, coordination, and ongoing engagement
- Consolidate enterprise proof stories from customers including case studies, testimonials/quotes, and speaking opportunities
- Support in maintaining event timelines, budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships
- Keep internal docs organized - briefs, decks, checklists, inventories, and retrospective reports
- Track swag, signage, and event materials so we’re always prepared for what’s next
- Stay current on event trends and competitor activity to inform planning Assist in gathering and analyzing event performance metrics to guide future planning
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events coordination, or a related field
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn event and marketing platforms (experience with Goldcast, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously (experience with Salesforce, Asana, or Goldcast is also a plus)
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Clear and professional written communication skills, with experience writing or editing marketing copy is considered an asset
- Comfort working cross-functionally with teams like sales and customer operations
- A creative and curious mindset — you’re excited about events, brand storytelling, and the voice industry
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable when things change quickly, especially during live events
