Business Development Representative
- High-Volume Prospecting: Execute a consistent outbound cadence—averaging 50–70 calls per day alongside email and social media outreach—to initiate contact with cold and warm leads.
- Strategic Pipeline Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within defined target markets, ensuring a consistently refreshed pipeline of qualified prospects across new and existing client segments.
- Consultative Qualification: Utilize consultative discovery techniques to assess prospect fit regarding Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing (BANT), ensuring higher-quality meetings and improved conversion rates.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to schedule product demonstrations and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Data & Performance Management: Maintain rigorous hygiene in Salesforce (or similar CRM) by documenting all activities and delivering performance reporting to provide visibility into optimization opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively refine outreach strategies based on performance data, prospect feedback, and collaboration with sales and marketing partners to increase win rates.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of booking new business meetings through outbound efforts, successfully converting both cold leads and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Resilience & Drive: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume cadence (50–70 dials/day) while meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Consultative Mindset: You possess a strong "Customer Focus" and "Relationship Building" mindset, allowing you to deeply understand client needs and position tailored solutions rather than just reading a script.
- Tech Proficiency: You have hands-on experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to track leads, document activity, and report on performance.
- Strong Communication: You are confident on the phone with the ability to bridge the gap between a lead and a sale through clear, professional communication.
- Travel Readiness: You possess a valid passport and are willing to travel for in-market opportunities when required.
