Enterprise Sales Account Manager
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers and prospects. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
- Own the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
- Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
- Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
- Effectively use a repeatable method to uncover greenfield opportunities and build out a new territory.
- Identify, target, and engage large-scale enterprise accounts across prioritized verticals.
- Develop deep relationships with C-level and VP-level decision-makers to position the company’s solutions as strategic business enablers.
- Create and execute account-based sales strategies and multi-threaded engagement plans.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop new business while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools from prospecting to closed-won business.
- Manage and grow existing accounts using exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Build customized proposals, pricing, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients’ needs.
- Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Prior demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven industries
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions, and readily apply new knowledge required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
- Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Salesforce CRM experience is considered an asset.

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $190,000 – $230,000 USD (uncapped)
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD (dependent on experience)
- Variable Component: Estimated $80,000 USD at 100% to plan
- All interviewed candidates will receive notification within 45 days of final interviews.
