Why join us? We’re on a mission to shape the future of voice, and we’re building a team that’s curious, collaborative, and passionate about making great ideas heard.
About the Role
The Enterprise Account Manager must demonstrate a high level of skill in identifying and closing top decision-makers within large enterprises and mid-sized and large software companies. A proven track record in prospecting, via networking and participation in various industry groups is a significant plus. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to see projects through from planning to completion, be entrepreneurial-minded, and be a ‘strategic thinker’ who can provide the best possible solutions for clients. We are looking for a sales professional with a “hunter” mentality who thrives on closing new business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers and prospects. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
  • Own the sales experience while building and managing relationships with key decision-makers and executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
  • Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  • Effectively use a repeatable method to uncover greenfield opportunities and build out a new territory.
  • Identify, target, and engage large-scale enterprise accounts across prioritized verticals.
  • Develop deep relationships with C-level and VP-level decision-makers to position the company’s solutions as strategic business enablers.
  • Create and execute account-based sales strategies and multi-threaded engagement plans.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop new business while applying full-cycle methodologies and tools from prospecting to closed-won business.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts using exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Build customized proposals, pricing, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients’ needs.
  • Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • Prior demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven industries
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions, and readily apply new knowledge required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
  • Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Salesforce CRM experience is considered an asset.
Perks & Benefits
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of perks that support your growth, wellbeing, and day-to-day flexibility. Here’s what you can look forward to:
  • Generous Vacation: Paid vacation, pro-rated in your first year based on your start date
  • Personal Time: Take care of what matters with paid personal days
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Access to health and dental benefits.
  • Learning & Development Support: We invest in your growth with a dedicated L&D budget and coverage for platforms like LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Codecademy, and more
  • A Great Team: Work with genuinely kind, smart, and talented people who love what they do (and know how to have fun doing it).

  • Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 USD (dependent on experience)
  • Variable Component: Estimated $80,000 USD at 100% to plan
