Director, Product Marketing - Voices
- Own and evolve the product marketing function — including strategy, execution, and team development
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, pricing changes, and major feature releases
- Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions across audiences and verticals
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform roadmap, differentiation, and content
- Enable the sales team with effective pitch decks, battlecards, demos, and objection handling
- Partner with Product to shape the roadmap through market, customer, and competitive insights
- Work closely with Brand, Demand Gen, and Content teams to drive product storytelling across the funnel
- Be a thought partner to senior leadership on AI positioning, customer segmentation, and market expansion
- Manage and mentor a small team of high-performing product marketers
- 7- 10+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS or marketplace product marketing; bonus for voice tech or AI exposure
- Proven track record of leading successful GTM launches and crafting compelling narratives
- Deep experience in competitive analysis, sales enablement, and pricing & packaging
- Strong communication skills - you can translate complex tech into clear customer value
- Managerial experience - you’ve hired, mentored, and grown high performing PMM talent
- Cross-functional leadership - you're collaborative, confident, and you influence without ego
- Bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and an appetite for innovation
