Position Overview:

Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Coordinator (Co-Op) to assist with our digital media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, optimizing SEO and SEM, developing websites, and delivering data-driven insights to improve campaign performance. Strong technical and graphic design skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various digital channels.
  • Campaign Planning: Design, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Plan and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the organization’s presence on social media platforms, including content posting, audience engagement, and community management.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Website Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features and improvements.
  • Graphic Design: Utilize strong graphic design skills to create visually appealing digital assets, including banners, ads, and social media graphics, that align with brand guidelines.
  • Technical Skills: Leverage technical expertise to manage marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data analytics tools to gather insights and make informed decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized services.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Adapt strategies as necessary to respond to changes in the digital landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and potential clients through digital channels, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Develop strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.


  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing campaigns, and website development
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends
