Reporting to the Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, you will be in charge of a variety of tasks that are essential to the company’s growth:

  • Capitalizing on an existing landscape of customers, partners and leads, you will re-energize Vizimax’s business in this region
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the electrical devices market
  • Delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Developing service offerings
  • Maintaining client relationships, in part by monitoring your territory’s order processing and fulfillment
  • Researching new markets and expanding your client base on the ground (tradeshows, events, etc.)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors/reps, and industry partners
  • Preparing and submitting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts working closely with our support team

The ideal candidate will have…

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or business administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical devices or switchgear industry
  • Experience with business management documents and tools (ERP and CRM systems)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A mastery of French and English (spoken and written)
  • The ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, and manage various mandates
  • A flexible attitude and the ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment
  • The willingness to travel (25%)
