About this position
Vitruvi Software is looking for an experienced marketing leader with a track record of growing high-functioning marketing teams employing B2B marketing tactics. A successful candidate will use data and experience to drive our global marketing strategy. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

You have a self-starter attitude, someone who gets things done, delegates wisely, and embodies our Be Better Virtues. You have experience working with Start-ups, Venture, and/or Private Equity back companies and know what it takes to be successful in this environment.
To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate previous responsibility for the effectiveness of a company's marketing strategy, from website to funnel optimization, and you must possess the ability to create an inspiring and motivating team environment that promotes open communication and creativity. You don't need to have a certain degree to apply. We care more about your work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills (especially written), a history of coworkers that loved working with you, and an eye for great marketing that drives customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support our culture and align with Vitruvi’s values.
- Guide and grow our Marketing team to hit company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies that leverage existing marketing channels while also expanding product feature utilization with existing customers and partners.
- Set and direct a budget of advertising spend to effectively acquire customers at an optimized CAC payback.
- Direct and own overall marketing budget and map it to our growth plans.
- Own the reporting engine and analysis for marketing initiatives, working with your team to evaluate results and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the product, operations, and customer experience teams to align around initiatives and accomplish company KPI’s.
- Be a creative force in pushing the bounds of Marketing at Vitruvi.
- Manage our existing team with expertise in SEO, SEM, Content, creative, and growth marketing.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience running marketing for a B2b, SaaS or product-led growth software company with at least 5 direct reports.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Front Range of Colorado to work out of the Denver office.
- Experience in leadership positions at a high-growth company of 50-200+employees, growing from $10M to $50M in revenue.
- Track record of adopting the customer voice to create incredible brand and product positioning.
- Thorough understanding of growth marketing, campaigns, and top of funnel pipeline creation.
- Deep data literacy and experience analyzing results from each part of the marketing funnel.
- Ability to demonstrate deep expertise in the following:
- Managing a full funnel demand generation and capture strategy using HubSpot and other software technologies.
- Brand/Positioning
- Marketing Team Management & Structure
- Corporate, PR, and Analyst relations.
- Growth Marketing
- Field Marketing
- Product Marketing
- Expand Channels through Event Marketing, Partnerships, PR, Social, Podcasting.

Vitruvi offices are in a Hybrid environment with our Headquarters located in Calgary, Canada and our Centre of Excellence located in downtown Denver, Colorado. This role will be based in Denver, Colorado.
