About this position

Brace yourself, in this role you will be stretched, challenged, pushed, and grown. Vitruvi is a disruptive solution, and our customers are often late adopters when it comes to technology. Experience in knowing all aspects of our customers’ telecom deployments is the key pathway to map a way forward for a Vitruvi adoption. We are looking for an individual who will be a key member of the Customer’s delivery team working on telecom construction projects. You will be responsible and accountable for the Customer’s project success through planning, organizing, oversight and control of the resources, materials, and equipment. Internally, you will serve as a voice for Vitruvi’s Customers, providing feedback to our Customer Success and product teams.

    • Collaborate with the Customer’s project team in establishing and managing risk, scope, cost, budgets, schedules, and project plans
    • Work with the Customers’ internal and external stakeholders to develop and define requirements and the project plan (scope of work, milestones, deliverables, implementation plans and completion criteria)
    • Identify and resolve project issues and drive project deliverables on time, on budget and at a high level of quality
    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, and adjust the plan as necessary
    • Responsibilities include client meetings, project planning, managing schedules and activities, and project closeouts
    • Act as a liaison between the Customer and Vitruvi’s internal stakeholders to meet the Customer’s business needs
    • Support Vitruvi’s Customer Success team in promptly responding and addressing client questions and issues, including those related to customer projects.
    • Support Vitruvi’s culture and align with Vitruvi’s values
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction industry
    • Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of complex projects with a high degree of efficiency and minimal risk
    • Post-secondary education in engineering, project management or a related field or equivalent experience
    • Strong verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Highly self-motivated and a self-starter, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
    • Experience driving escalations and remediations both internally and with customers
    • Highly effective data management, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
    • Ability to practice sound judgment when making decisions
    • Strong teammate
    • Willingness to travel up to 30%
