POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Support Operations Analyst to join our team here at Canon Medical Informatics! This would be an opportunity to work with our stellar Customer Support Team - partnering with Directors, Managers, and Engineers to understand data and analysis needs, and develop technical requirements. You will also collaborate with IT to represent Customer Support Department needs for application and configuration enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generates ad hoc reports and gathers report information for end-users using system tools and database quires and scripts.
  • Develop database tools and perform data management activities working with data extraction from disparate systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and others to identify and capture data reporting needs.
  • Performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns.
  • Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations.
  • Partner with IT to represent Customer Support Department needs for application and configuration enhancements.
  • Participate in, advises and develops continuous department efficiencies and improvements through the use of system applications, data management, performance reporting data, tools and process changes.
  • Continuous development and data management role to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources.
  • Perform support admin duties as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years’ Experience with Salesforce reporting
  • 2+ years’ of experience with MS PowerBI with a solid understanding of data modeling

Preferred

  • Confluence/Jira experience
  • Previous experience with Networking, database management, IT, enterprise software applications such as Salesforce and other case management software preferred

COMPENSATION

$75,310 - $112,970 USD
