To support our continued momentum and growth, Visier is currently seeking SaaS Implementation Consultants to join our growing Embedded Delivery team. Within this critical customer facing role, you will work directly with Visier’s partners to design, implement and embed Visier’s Analytic solution within one of our many partner’s applications. In this role, not only will you get experience to build novel SaaS Analytic applications from soup to nuts in a matter of months. You’ll get the experience of scaling the application you build to thousands of customers. On top of that you’ll get a front row seat on what makes a product successful in the market, including go to market motions, adoption strategies and supportability needs. What you’ll be doing…
- Leading the technical workstream in designing, integrating and embedding Visier’s Analytic solution within our partner’s applications, serving as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering teams.
- Collaborating closely with partners to understand their architecture, perform discovery on their requirements, and provide tailored recommendations leveraging your expertise in the Visier platform.
- Designing and implementing robust, scalable ETL processes with partner data management teams, ensuring accurate data flows into Visier’s analytic platform.
- Advising partner technical teams on best practices for seamless integration, including effective use of our APIs, data management, embedding, and security protocols.
- Communicating complex technical concepts effectively to both internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Driving multiple technical work streams simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, relaying partner feedback to help shape the future of the Visier Platform.
What you’ll bring to the table…
- Consulting & Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of consulting with external clients and guiding them through complex technical projects.
- Technical Acumen: Expertise in data management, scalable ETL processes, and analytics. Experience with application integration technologies like SSO, iFrame embedding, and automation.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Excel at decision-making, problem-solving, and working autonomously while leveraging available resources and tools.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, driving deliverables forward, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accountability for results and client satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: A motivated, resourceful self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Bonuses
- Tertiary or additional professional education in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or data science.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as BI or data visualization platforms, and experience in building reports or dashboards.
- Previous experience leading SaaS implementation projects.
- Understanding of database management systems and integrating complex data sets from multiple sources.

The base pay range for this position in the $80,000-$105,000/year + bonus.
Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
