Our APAC region is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to help accelerate our market presence. Our Sr. FMM will lead and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive demand generation, brand awareness, and digital engagement across the APAC region. This role will focus on building strong relationships with strategic partners, executing data-driven and digital campaigns, and managing high-impact events such as webinars and roundtables. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing, working collaboratively to deliver key marketing initiatives across the region.

What you'll be doing...

Strategic Partnerships and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners, vendors, and local influencers in each APAC market.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-create joint marketing initiatives that amplify Visier’s brand, generate demand, and extend digital reach.
  • Identify and manage opportunities for cross-promotions, co-hosted events, and other partnership-driven activities.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of each market, leveraging a mix of digital, content, and partner marketing strategies.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including paid social, display advertising, SEO, SEM, and email marketing, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable results.
  • Utilise data and insights to continuously optimise campaign performance, ensuring all efforts contribute to lead generation, brand awareness, digital engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure APAC marketing efforts align with overall company objectives and brand messaging.

Event Management:

  • Plan and manage a wide range of marketing events, including webinars, roundtables, industry conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure events are executed flawlessly, from concept to delivery, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Drive post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads, maximise the ROI of each event, and further engage through digital channels.

Webinar and Roundtable Management:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop a robust webinar and roundtable calendar that engages prospects and clients across key APAC markets.
  • Design content with product and sales teams that resonates with the target audience and aligns with business goals.
  • Ensure end-to-end management of these events, including promotion, content delivery, speaker coordination, and post-event analysis, integrating digital engagement tactics such as follow-up emails, retargeting, and social media outreach.

Digital Marketing and Data-Driven Marketing:

  • Manage digital marketing efforts across various channels, including paid media, SEO, email, and social media, to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital and field campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions and uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute digital nurture campaigns to engage leads and prospects, utilising marketing automation tools.

What you'll bring to the table...

  • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, tech, or HR industries.
  • Strong experience in managing strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets, with an emphasis on digital channels.
  • Expertise in event management, including webinars, roundtables, and industry conferences.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and regional marketing trends is a must.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana, and marketing automation tools for managing marketing activities and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of people analytics or HR technology industry.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
