Visier’s total rewards platform integrates large volumes of data, our proprietary analytics technology, and HR processes to help our customers make the right total rewards decisions. Visier is looking for smart, passionate, and talented developers to join our Berlin team to advance this technology, which is fundamentally changing the way enterprises manage their workforce.

What you’ll be doing….

• Build products that help businesses develop total rewards strategies and implement them for their employees.
• Develop the technology core of truly innovative high-performing, cloud-based applications in the domain of total rewards and data analytics
• Provide innovative ideas to improve features, product, technology, and/or process.

What you’ll bring to the table….

• Excellent coding skills in at least one object oriented server programming language (Unix environment).
• Excellent knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Excel in a fast-paced and proactive work environment.
• Commitment to disciplined and top quality software development.
• Strong communication skills
• A strong academic background - a Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is desirable
• Great assets would be: two years of work experience, experience with functional programming languages, client-server programming, modern web technologies, data science or patterns
