Modern workforce planning goes beyond a ‘static plan’. Today’s world needs a living, dynamic environment where plans are responsive to changing conditions, and where planning can be both centralized and distributed at the same time. Visier has been pioneering both People Analytics and Planning for the modern world. This is an opportunity to combine cutting edge technology with practice innovation. You will work directly with customers and internal teams as the tip of the spear for our workforce planning deployments. You don’t need to be an expert in the technology, but you need to help people apply it, as well as elevate the customer’s planning practices to make the most of our technology. This is an opportunity to shape the future of practices as well as technology in the lead advisory role.
What you'll be doing...
Set the standards for how we approach workforce planning engagements
Help customers get the most out of our technology, and help us adapt technology to customer needs
Be the face of customer engagements - setting expectations for customer teams and Visier resources
Drive business requirements and communicate to all teams supporting the customer (Project Manager, BI Consultant, Product, QA, Development and Support teams)
Lead customers to a better business process & stakeholder/end user behaviors so that they get the most out of a modern planning process technology
Thought Leadership: Deliver and improve the consulting methodology: process mapping, workshops, stakeholder / change impact assessments, project plans, end user training, coaching and support. This includes leading and mentoring other workforce planning consultants
Collaborate with all the other stakeholders in a modern SaaS company to make sure that our Planning implementations are on track for successMake sure we are documenting and sharing best practices
Be public about best practices and your POV on workforce planning & workforce planning technology
Build meaningful and lasting relationships with customers, including advocating for customers internally while educating and managing customer expectations Enrich the collective knowledge base and participate in customer forums by sharing experiences, lessons learned on the product, data management practices, domain knowledge (HR, etc.)

What you'll bring to the table...
7-10 years experience implementing solutions for medium to large enterprises
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Workforce Planning: you have a POV on what best practices look like, and the ability to guide people through tradeoffs between delivered technology, configuration choices and process changes.
Human Resources: strong working knowledge of key functions, processes, practices and use of data (analytics acumen)
Big enterprise: previous experience working with companies that have more than 2000 employees, for example; multiple industries an asset, particularly for Workforce Planning consulting
Customer relationship management: ability to nurture & grow loyalty through meaningful contact
Organizational change management: working knowledge of leading methodologies and practices
Project management: hands on experience as a leader or member of a project team (preferably implementation projects)
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (mainly US)
