Company Description

Color services are one of the most complex - and most profitable - parts of running a salon. Vish connects the chair, the backbar, and the business: tracking color usage, reducing waste, and giving salon owners the data they actually need to run a healthy, growing shop. Our core product lives in the hands of stylists every single day: at the color bar, mid-appointment, under time pressure. Getting that experience right matters. We're growing fast, expanding our platform, and building toward a future where Vish is the color system behind every salon.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Product Manager role based in Toronto, ON. You'll own a significant area of our core app - the products stylists and salon owners actually use every day to run their business. That means getting deep into the workflows that happen at the chair: how color gets mixed, measured, tracked, and adjusted in real time, and how that data flows back to the business.

This is a full-stack PM role. You'll own your area end-to-end - strategy, discovery, delivery, and iteration - working closely with engineering and design to ship things that hold up in a busy, fast-moving salon environment. You'll be expected to bring a clear point of view and be accountable for outcomes, not just shipping.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping things that actually moved the needle
  • Experience owning a core product - not a greenfield project, but an established product used by real customers every day, where the stakes of getting it wrong are real
  • Strong discovery instincts - you've done the customer interviews, sat with messy data, and know how to turn it into a clear product direction
  • Mobile product experience - you understand the constraints and nuances of building for mobile-first, on-the-go workflows
  • Technical fluency - you don't need to write the code, but you need to be a real partner to engineering
  • Comfort with ambiguity - Vish is growing fast; this isn’t a place where the playbook is necessarily already written
  • Clear, direct communication - you can write a crisp brief, run a good review, and explain a hard tradeoff to a skeptical stakeholder

Responsibilities

  • Own a core product area - set the strategy, drive the roadmap, and be accountable for results
  • Get close to customers. Talk to stylists and salon owners. Understand what it actually feels like to use Vish mid-appointment
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to move from insight to shipped product - quickly and without a lot of ceremony
  • Define and track the metrics that tell you whether something is working, and course-correct when it isn't
  • Work cross-functionally with GTM, Support, and leadership to make sure launches land and customers get value
  • Contribute to platform-level thinking - how the core app supports integrations, data flows, and the broader Vish ecosystem
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and make good decisions with incomplete information

Assets

  • Familiarity with the salon or beauty industry.
  • Experience shipping products used in high-pressure, time-sensitive workflows.
