• Consultative in approach, with the ability to quickly build rapport with small business owners
• Great networker able to build industry relationships and gain client recommendations
• Highly driven, thrives on exceeding targets
• Proactive and able to create new opportunities and develop them through all stages of the pipeline
• Active learner able to quickly become an expert in our industry area

Essential Requirements

• 3 years’ sales experience, preferably within the beauty or hair industry or B2B technology
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Evidence of independent working, lead generation, and networking skills
• Strong, confident phone presence without arrogance, able to build rapport with anyone in the organization
• High level of activity across phone, email, and social media
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software effortlessly
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM to book meetings
