We’re looking for a few driven and growth-minded individuals to join our team as a Sales Specialist (Solutions Consultant).
Our sales team takes a highly consultative approach to selling. We’re looking for highly intelligent and innovative sales professionals who understand the art of listening and solving customers’ problems. The ideal candidate should have a hunter mentality, with a core focus being on lead generation and consistent improvement of their closing ratio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously adding qualified leads.
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients and offer tailored solutions based on our services.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
Closing Deals:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Account Management:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional post-sales support and service.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
How do you know if this role is for you?
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
- Comfortable with follow-ups, admin, and calendar organization
- Adaptable to change while being a driving force of growth
- Outgoing people person, comfortable with phone, in-person, and video conference
- Clear, concise, and polite communication style
- Great problem-solving skills while being detailed-oriented
- You are self-motivated and love nothing more than a meaty challenge you can sink your teeth into. You are looking for a workplace you can call home, where you can be part of a family as well as a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial drive—you thrive being part of a small team, rapidly iterating on your approach to unlocking opportunities, and getting your hands dirty to sell
- Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Experience selling services, outsourcing, or labour solutions is a plus.
- Must be quota-driven!
