Posted on Apr 26, 2025

Virtual Gurus is a well-established scale-up providing a Talent-as-a-Service platform to organizations that require fractional help with their administrative functions. We’re proud of what makes us different – a crazy strong social mission to provide fairly-paid opportunities to individuals from traditionally underrepresented communities.

We’re looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building high-impact teams, and knows how to cultivate strategic relationships that fuel business success.

We are searching for a dynamic, results-driven executive to lead our sales and partnership strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence in the role of Vice President, Sales & Partnerships. This role is responsible for designing and scaling sales strategies, optimizing operations, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling revenue functions in a high-growth B2B environment and mentoring professionals into strategic sales and partnership leaders.

Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, embracing agility, creativity, and proactive problem-solving. The ability to adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement is key to ensuring business and client growth.

A data-driven approach is essential. Leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics ensures clarity in goals and expectations. Data-informed decision-making helps address challenges, measure success, and refine sales and partnership strategies for maximum impact.

Additionally, this role demands strong decision-making capabilities. The VP must confidently apply critical thinking and sound judgment to make strategic decisions that align with company goals while operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
