Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier change requests in accordance with internal procedures
- Maintain and update the Supplier Master File to ensure data accuracy
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to Ariba system support
- Provide user support via email and Microsoft Teams for Ariba-related questions
- Monitor and follow up on failed invoice reports from SAP Business Network (SBN)
- Test and validate supplier catalogs prior to deployment
- Assist with Ariba testing during new site implementations
- Generate and distribute operational reports, including Power BI and system reports
- Upload project and asset numbers into Ariba as requested
- Support supplier inquiries related to SAP Business Network registration
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year IT student
- 0-2 relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, or other ERP systems is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest and practical ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work while applying good judgment and responsible use
- Comfortable learning and adopting new AI-enabled ways of working and proactively identifying opportunities where AI can drive meaningful impact in daily activities
