Job Title: Accountant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Timely posting of invoices with purchase order reference incl. clarification of differences with our purchasing department and warehouse
• Checking, recording, posting and reconciliation of commission settlements to foreign representatives
• Monthly clarification and reconciliation of invoice posting accounts and commissions
• Recording and posting of asset acquisitions
• Posting of assets
• Creation of an asset schedule and various Excel lists
• Creating Excel lists and SOX documentation from the department for our parent companyual asset inventory
• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Entering invoices
• Vendor reminders
• Time-based posting of manual invoices

Your skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• At least 3 years of related accounting experience
• Proficiency using ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel skills, required).
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize and shift focus to meet changing business demands.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work extended hours, especially during month-end, quarter-end and year-end for closing purposes.
