Position Summary:
The Concur & AP Specialist will be responsible for Concur Cost object approvals, Concu Reporting, Employee Support and AP process support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Concur Claims review and approval
- Concur reporting
- Concur Employee queries handling
- Vendor invoices posting after 3 way match checking and related works
- Account reconciliation with 3rd party and intercompany Vendor.
- Complete AP reconciliation& other monthly report/quarter end SOX report
- Any ad hoc tasks directed by superiors
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
- Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork
- Good English in writing and reading
- Skills with Microsoft Navision will be a plus
Job Requirements:
- College or University Degree of Finance and Accounting
- Strong AR and AP knowledge
4+ years of the relevant working experie
