Position Overview:
The Project Management Office (PMO) is at the heart of our delivery organization, ensuring we execute with precision, innovate our processes, and scale our services strategically and effectively. We are a highly engaged team that works across the entire business to bring new solutions to life. We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager to help operationalize our delivery strategy, driving rigor and continuous improvement into everything we do.

As a key member of the PMO, you will be responsible for bringing our services to life. You will help integrate new processes, materials, and tools, ensuring that operational excellence is embedded into each Center of Excellence (COE) and the organization as a whole. You will work closely with PMO leadership and cross-functional teams to structure and execute programs that enhance our delivery capabilities and drive sustainable growth.

For this role, you will be required to be in office a minimum of 1-2 days a week. Our office is located at:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on process improvement, tool integration, and service operationalization.

  • Facilitate workshops and deep-dive sessions to identify challenges, define program scope, and drive key initiatives.

  • Develop and present business cases with clear success metrics, KPIs, and ROI for all programs.

  • Create and manage executive-level reporting and dashboards to track program status, progress against targets, and strategic insights.

  • Serve as the bridge between strategic planning and tactical execution, ensuring processes and standards are successfully implemented and adopted.

  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to lead the implementation of new solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-mortems, analyzing data, and integrating feedback loops into execution.

  • Influence and define best practices, standards, and procedures to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to synthesize complex business results into actionable insights and compelling narratives.

  • Demonstrated success in leading programs and guiding high-performing teams to achieve results and meet milestones.

  • Proven ability to apply a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and the ability to uncover insights that drive decisions.

  • Exceptional collaboration, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills, with a natural consultative approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas, including to executive audiences.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and changing environments, while creating clarity, direction, and alignment.

  • Consistent track record of delivering results and driving program success from planning through execution.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and effectively prioritize competing demands.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven ability to develop impactful PowerPoint presentations.

  • Familiarity with go-to-market planning, sales enablement methodologies, and change management principles.
