The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the creation of compelling customer-facing marketing collateral, including case studies, testimonials, and sales enablement materials. You will also plan and execute event marketing strategies, develop engaging social media content, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams to amplify the brand’s voice and achieve business goals.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and can work equally well independently or within a team environment.
Key responsibilities:
  • Content Marketing: Develop and launch high-quality customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials by collaborating internal teams, customers, partners and agencies.
  • Create concise, engaging, and compelling content across a range of media, including website copy, blogs, social media content, webinars, videos, and product/sales information
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute event marketing campaigns, including webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage end-to-end social media content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, decks, and battle cards.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and incorporate feedback into materials.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning, social media management, and design collaboration tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with sales and customer success teams to create impactful marketing materials.
Preferred:
  • BA degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience.
  • Modern media experience and knowledge of media operations processes and teams.
