HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will own sales compensation and territory management and manage the GTM tech stack that our go-to-market teams rely on every day. You will ensure compensation plans are administered accurately, territories are designed and balanced for coverage, and our tools are well run, integrated, and adopted, so data stays clean and workflows scale across the GTM motion.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will focus on operational execution and workflow optimization to build the processes and systems that enable our go-to-market (GTM) teams to perform at their best, including applying AI to improve GTM workflows. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to align processes, data, and incentives and drive speed and accuracy within our GTM engine.

What You’ll Do

    GTM Systems, Tools & AI

  • Manage the GTM tech stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong, Calendly), including administration, configuration, integrations, user access, licensing, vendor management, and documentation.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption of new tools, building business cases, measuring ROI, and retiring redundant or underused platforms.
  • Identify, build, and implement hands-on AI use cases that improve GTM workflows (e.g., forecast and deal inspection, call and conversation analysis, account research and data enrichment, reporting automation), and measure their impact on productivity and performance.
  • Compensation & Territory Management

  • Lead territory design and account assignment, including segmentation, coverage and capacity analysis, and periodic rebalancing as the business evolves.
  • Administer commission plans and team SPIFFs, and validate, audit, and approve payouts for accuracy and timeliness. Resolve inquiries and disputes while maintaining strong controls over sensitive compensation data.
  • Analyze plan effectiveness and recommend changes that align incentives with company priorities.
  • GTM Forecasting

  • Enforce stage definitions, rules of engagement, and data standards in our CRM to support increased forecasting accuracy and predictability.
  • Support core operating rhythms including weekly forecasting and bookings updates, pipeline reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • GTM Insights & Reporting

  • Build and maintain strategic dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance metrics to inform decisions across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership.
  • Enhance analytics and reporting frameworks to track key sales metrics and trends. Enable sales leaders to act on data by providing actionable insights.
  • Deliver insights suitable for executive presentations, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), board presentations, and recurring business reviews.
  • Partner with the Analytics team to maintain data accuracy, ensure consistency, and optimize self-service reporting.
  • Business Partnering

  • Drive alignment among leadership stakeholders to support seamless GTM execution.
  • Continuously streamline and improve best practices, including processes, policies, and tools.
