Our Values
⭐️ We obsess over our customers.
⭐️ We help each other.
⭐️ We embrace diversity.
⭐️ We find better ways.
⭐️ We get things done.
⭐️ We own it.
As an Implementation Manager on our Professional Services team, you’ll own, manage and complete all aspects of the implementation of Versapay’ Accounts Receivable Efficiency Suite for clients. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers across several verticals, sizes, ERPs, etc.
During each project you be able to:
· understand their business and their needs
· help them optimize their AR process
· be at the forefront of their launch and drive adoption post-launch
You’re a maestro when it comes to client and project management – super-organized and time-management is second nature to you; so are project management tools. This is important as you’ll need to context-shift and pivot esp. when working on several projects and priorities at the same time.
You don’t shy away from detective work and problem solving (even when the answer isn’t obvious); finding solutions to problems excite you and you’re comfortable with the unknown and ambiguous.
You’re resourceful, resilient and proactive in your approach to managing internal and external stakeholders – flexible and a collaborator committed to the success of the entire team.
You’re savvy and nimble, quick to catch onto new tech and systems, juggling both the needs of our customers and our products and services.
You’re comfortable in front of execs and external teams, whether you’re delivering a presentation over video or on a call. Ultimately being able to build relationships (and rapport) quickly, and inform, influence and impact across all levels of their organizations (Director, VP, C-Suite)
Reporting to the Director of Implementation Services, you will lead multiple simultaneous client project, ensuring time execution of ongoing client deliverables and developing solutions to complex problems/projects across multiple domains or clients.
You will also collaborate with our Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success and Customer Care teams to ensure the most streamlined implementation experience and most effective product adoption.
To accomplish this, you’ll need:
· Minimum of 2 years of project experience working with financial systems implementations.
· Experience in SaaS and in a customer-facing role. Bonus points if you’ve worked in the billing, ERP, finance or accounting space.
· Experience managing a portfolio of clients and multiple projects.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and facilitate project discussions: Meet with your clients’ business and technical teams (including C-suite (CFO, CTO) to understand their short and long term needs
  • Manage projects: assign individual responsibilities and enforce accountability within the defined project team, developing and maintaining a project schedule and standard project documentation to ensure timely completion of each implementation project.
  • Test and develop: Understand each client’s business requirements, configure the solution and assist with end-to-end user acceptance testing.
  • Train: interface with customers and deliver user training to ensure an effective market roll-out
  • Prioritize and manage escalations: Perform research on problems, separating the symptoms from the actual cause, to identify the appropriate corrective measures. Seek opinions and feedback on alternative solutions and best practices and implement those that have been agreed upon by the team.
  • Report management: Manage multiple Versapay projects simultaneously through all life cycle stages following Versapay implementation methodologies, maintain standard project documentation and prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Prior experience in banking, check or accounts receivable processing or treasury management
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical expertise in identifying and parsing intricate data files for system mapping and configuration (eg: open AR files, payment extract files)
  • Understand Account Receivables and Payment Processing workflow
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel and Jira are beneficial, as well as web technologies, system integration, API concepts and systems interoperability

All of our Veeps live out our core values:
We look for excellence: individuals that are better than we are and not only meet our values but bring value to our teams.

Think you have what it takes, but not sure you check every box? Apply to the role anyways. We’d love to talk and determine together whether you could be a great fit!
